Born into a working-class background, M.D.J. was an imaginative individual who has overcome numerous challenges throughout his life. During his early school years, M.D.J faced struggles with reading and writing due to undiagnosed dyslexia, leading to frustration, embarrassment, and a decline in self-esteem. However, amidst these difficulties, he encountered a compassionate teacher who recognized M.D.J's untapped potential. Through the use of audiobooks, comics, and the toe-by-toe reading system, The kind teacher guided M.D.J and helped him develop his reading skills.

As he grew older, his focus shifted towards boxing, and he actively participated in competitive events. This endeavour instilled in him a profound sense of discipline that has influenced his entire life journey. Despite his passion for sports, his true calling lies in writing, character creation, and acting. Pursuing his dreams, he attended UAL's Central Saint Martins, specifically The Drama Centre, where his talent caught the attention of agents who signed him after his showcase. M.D.J has since enjoyed working in the acting industry, collaborating with esteemed companies such as the BBC.
